In order to help importers and exporters to correctly declare their commodity classifications, the GACC hereby repeals part of published decisions on commodity classifications (see the Annex) as per China's Administrative Regulations On Customs Classification Of Import & Export Goods (GACC Decree No. 158).
This Announcement shall come into force from its issue date.
