In 2006, the State Council's Customs Tariff Commission decided to levy antidumping duties on epichlorohydrins (epoxy chloropropane) from Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S. for five years from June 28, 2006.

The Customs Tariff Commission has decided to continue the antidumping duties for five years starting from June 28, 2012 as follows:

From June 28, 2012, China Customs may continue to levy the five-year antidumping duties on declared imports of epichlorohydrins (epoxy chloropropane, HS Code 29103000) made in Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S. as required by GACC Announcement No. 35, 2006.
