In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, the Ministry of Commerce has formulated the Application Conditions and Procedures for Citric Acid (Salt) Export License in 2013, which is hereby announced and shall be implemented accordingly.
