GACC Announcement No. 1880, 2012 on Imp-Exp Agricultural Chemicals Catalog

Hereby announced is the adjustment of China Catalog of Agricultural Chemicals Regulated in Import & Export, which shall come into force on January 1, 2013 along with simultaneous repeal of the edition thereof issued on December 31, 2011.
As of January 1, 2013, relevant importers and exporters shall apply to the Ministry of Agriculture hereto for issuing them the Notice on Agricultural Chemicals Import & Export Registration, Supervision & Clearance;
Such Notices issued before January 1, 2013 may remain effective within their term of validity.
