AQSIQ Announcement No.50, 2013 on External Pre-shipment Inspection of Old Electromechanical Imports

In accordance with China Law and Regulations on Import-Export Inspections, the AQSIQ hereby approves CHINA INSPECTION COMPANY LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH as a designated agency engaging in external pre-shipment inspection over the old electromechanical products that are imported to China.
The approved external inspecting agency and its staff shall undertake the pre-shipment inspection of importing old electromechanical products by resorting to relevant Chinese laws and technical regulations.
The approval shall be valid from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2016; as regards extension of the approval, the approved agency shall apply in writing to the AQSIQ for the extension three months before the expiring date.
