MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No.46, 2013 on Guangdong Automatic Import License Authorities

In accordance with the State Council's Notice (GuoHan [2013] No. 9), as of July 1, 2013, Guangdong Province's automatic import licensing authorities shall be changed to refer to the Province's Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation, the Foreign Trade Bureaus of the provincial prefecture or higher cities, and the Foreign Trade Administration of Shunde District, Foshan City.
Hereby added are 21 non-electromechanical automatic import licensing authorities including the Foreign Trade Bureaus of Guangzhou City, Zhuhai City, Shantou City, Foshan City, Shaoguan City, Heyuan City, Meizhou City, Huizhou City, Shanwei City, Dongguan City, Zhongshan City, Jiangmen City, Yangjiang City, Zhanjiang City, Maoming City, Zhaoqing City, Qingyuan City, Chaozhou City, Jieyang City, and Yunfu City, and one automatic import licensing authority that is the Foreign Trade Administration of Shunde District, Foshan City.
