GACC Decree No. 205 Repeals Special-Preferential-Tariff Origin Supervision Measures

The General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) has decided to repeal the China Customs Measures on Supervision over the Origin of Import Goods under Special Preferential Tariff Treatment and to implement the repeal on January 1, 2012.

GACC Decision for Repealing the China Customs Measures on Supervision over the Origin of Import Goods under Special Preferential Tariff Treatment
The GACC hereby decides to repeal the China Customs Measures on Supervision over the Origin of Import Goods under Special Preferential Tariff Treatment, which were issued by GACC Decree No. 149 on May 31, 2006.
The decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
