GACC Announcement No. 44, 2013 Adjusts Duties on Nucleotide Food Additives from Indonesia & Thailand

The Customs Tariff Commission of China has decided to adjust the antidumping duty rates on nucleotide food additives from Indonesia and Thailand as follows:
As of August 7, 2013, China Customs shall levy the antidumping duties on importing nucleotide-based food additives from Indonesia and Thailand at the new antidumping rates below:
(1) PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia - 93.6%;
(2) PT. Kirin Miwon Foods - 93.6%;
(3) Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. - 9.9%
Other relevant matters shall still be subjected to GACC Announcement No. 63 of 2010.
