MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No. 60 of 2013 China Announces Goods Removed from Automatic Import License

In accordance with China's Foreign Trade Law, Goods Import & Export Regulations, and Automatic Import Licensing Measures, the MOFCOM hereby adjusts the 2013 Catalog Of Goods Subject To Automatic Import License by removing some goods from the Catalog (automatic import license) as shown in the Annex.
The adjusted Catalog shall enter into force on September 1, 2013.
