China Lists Dual-Use Items & Tech Banned from Export to North Korea

MOFCOM-MIIT-GACC-CAEA Announcement No.59 of 2013
To implement relevant UN Security Council resolutions, the Government of China hereby bans, in accordance with its Law on Foreign Trade, the exportation to North Korea of the dual-use items and technologies announced in the annex, which relate to the weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
