MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No.95, 2013 on Dual-Use Items & Tech Import & Export License Catalog

In accordance with relevant administrative measures (MOFCOM-GACC Decree No.29 of 2005) and China's Import & Export Tariffs for 2014, the MOFCOM and GACC have adjusted the Dual-Use Items & Technologies Import & Export Licensing Catalog, which is annexed hereto.

The import of radioisotopes shall comply with the Regulations on Safety & Protection of Radioisotopes and Ray Devices and the Administrative Measures on Import & Export Licenses of Dual-Use Items and Technologies; the importers shall, upon approval by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, apply for the import license to the MOFCOM's Quota License Bureau.

Relevant importers shall undertake customs declarations by submitting the Import License for Dual-Use Items and Technologies.

This Announcement shall enter into force on January 1, 2014 along with simultaneous repeal of the old version of the catalog in MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No.96 of 2012.
