MOFCOM Announcement No.2, 2014 on Expiring AD on Coated Paper from Japan & South Korea

On August 4, 2009, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no. 54 to continue the antidumping (AD) duties on coated paper from Japan and South Korea for five years till August 4, 2014.
From the issue date of this Announcement, the domestic interested parties may, sixty days before the antidumping expiry date, apply in writing to the MOFCOM for an expiry review, thereby showing their explicit representation for the expiry review and adequate evidences that terminating the antidumping would lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and consequent injuries.
If no such application is submitted by any interested parties, and the MOFCOM fails to initiatively start the expiry review before the expiry date, the antidumping measures aforesaid will be terminated on August 5, 2014.
