GACC Announcement No.14, 2014 on Duty-Paid Value of Domestic-Sale Bonded Goods

Hereby announced are the matters regarding customs determination for the duty-paid value of domestic-sale bonded goods:
1. Relevant procedures for questioning, consultation and notification shall resort to China's Measures on Customs Determination for the Duty-Paid Value of Import & Export Goods; for details, see the annexes hereto.
2. As regards the domestic-sale bonded goods in breach of customs supervisory regulations, their duty-paid value shall be determined as per China's Measures on Customs Determination for the Duty-Paid Value of Domestic-Sale Bonded Goods.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issue along with simultaneous repeal of the GACC Announcement No.33 of 2005.
