MOFCOM Announcement No.13, 2014 on Expiring AD on EU Catechol
[2014-02-24 10:30:30]
On August 25, 2009, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.53 to continue levying antidumping (AD) duties on EU-made catechol for five years from August 26, 2009 till August 25, 2014.
As from this Announcement issue date, the domestic interested parties may, sixty days before the antidumping expiring date, apply in writing to the MOFCOM for starting an expiry review on this case, by offering explicit demand for the expiry review and the adequate evidence that terminating the antidumping would lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and its injury.
If neither such application is submitted by domestic interested parties nor the MOFCOM initiates the expiry review, the antidumping measures aforesaid will be terminated on August 26, 2014.
