GACC Announcement No.13, 2014 Repeals Two Foreign-Exchange Regulatory Documents

On August 1, 2012, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly started the reform over foreign exchange management for merchandise trade.
Now, amid the steady reform, the authorities hereto have decided to repeal the joint Announcement by the General Administration of Customs, the People's Bank, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Import/Export Declarations' Online Foreign-Exchange Verification System (issued on January 3, 1999) and the Notice of theirs on Trial & Application of Import/Export Declarations' Online Verification System (ShuTong [1998] No.622).
The Announcement and Notice above shall be repealed from the date of January 23, 2014.
