GACC Announcement No.24, 2014 on Import-Goods Direct Return Measures

In accordance with China Customs Administrative Measures On Direct Return Of Import Goods (issued with GACC Decree No.217), hereby announced are the format texts of the Import Goods Direct Return Table and of the Customs Order Notice On Import Goods Direct Return (see the annexes).
This Announcement shall enter into force from the issue date hereto.
