AQSIQ Announcement No.54, 2014 on China-Switzerland FTA Certificate of Origin

China-Switzerland Free Trade Agreement (FTA) shall enter into force on July 1, 2014.

From July 1, 2014, in accordance with the FTA and AQSIQ regulations, the export consignors may apply to local entry-exit inspection-quarantine agencies for issuance of the Certificate of Origin under the FTA, and the origin declarers recognized by the agencies may provide their Declaration of Origin under the FTA.

From July 1, 2014, as regards in-transit goods outbound from China to Switzerland, the exporters and the recognized declarers may, prior to December 31, 2014, apply for re-issuance of the Certificate of Origin or re-making of the Declaration of Origin.
