MOFCOM Announcement No.37, 2014: AD Expiry on Polyamide-6, 6 Slices from USA, Italy, UK, France & Taiwan

On Oct 12, 2009, China Ministry of Finance (MOFCOM) issued its annual Announcement No.79 for antidumping (AD) duties on the Polyamide-6, 6 Slices from the USA, Italy, UK, France and Taiwan region for the period from October 13, 2009 through October 12, 2014.
In accordance with China Antidumping Regulations, from the issue date of this Announcement, the relevant domestic industry or its representatives may, 60 days before the antidumping expiring date, submit a written application to the MOFCOM for its initiation of an expiry review concerning this antidumping measure. Their application shall provide explicit requirement for the expiry review and sufficient evidences that termination of this antidumping would lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and its injury to the Chinese market and industry.
If the domestic industry or its representatives give no expiry-review application as aforesaid and the MOFCOM does not initiate the review before the expiry, this antidumping measure shall terminate on October 13, 2014.
