MOFCOM Announcement No.36, 2014: AD Expiry on Dimethylcyclosiloxane from South Korea & Thailand

On May 27, 2009, the MOFCOM issued its annual Announcement No.31 to levy antidumping (AD) duties on primary dimethylcyclosiloxane from South Korea and Thailand.
Since none of domestic interested parties has applied for expiry review and the MOFCOM will not initiate the review, as from May 28, 2014, the Chinese antidumping measure shall terminate on the primary dimethylcyclosiloxane from South Korea and Thailand.
