GACC Announcement No.46,2014 (on Commodity Classification Decision Release,Revision & Repeal)

In order to ensure correct declaration of the classifications of import and export goods, the GACC hereby, as per China Customs Administrative Regulations on Commodity Classification (GACC Decree No.158), promulgates its Commodity Classification Decision of 2014 (Ⅱ) (see the Annex 1) which revises and repeals some of previous classification decisions (see the Annexes 2 and 3).
This 2014 Decision shall enter into force on June 25, 2014.
Where the governing laws and regulations change, the classification decisions shall become invalid simultaneously.
