MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No.47, 2014 Adjusts Automatic Import Licensed-Goods Catalog

In accordance with China's Foreign Trade Law, Goods Import and Export Regulations, Automatic Import Licensing Measures, and Electromechanical Imports Automatic Licensing Measures, the MOFCOM and the GACC hereby jointly adjust China's Catalog Of 2014 Of Goods Under Automatic Import License so as to exclude some goods therefrom (see the Annex), which shall take effect on July 1, 2014.
