GACC Announcement No.55, 2014 on Adjusted 2-Anti Duties on USA White Broiler Products

In accordance with China Antidumping Regulations and Anti-subsidy Regulations, China's Customs Tariff Commission has decided to adjust the double-anti duties on USA white broiler chicken from July 9, 2014, as follows:
1. From July 9, 2014, China Customs shall levy antidumping and anti-subsidy duties on USA-made broiler products at the adjusted duty rates (see the Annex 2);
2. Other relevant matters shall resort to GACC Announcements No.58, No.64 of 2010 and No.47 of 2013.
