Endangered Species Office-GACC Joint Announcement No.3, 2014 on Fraxinus Mandshurica Listed in CITES

In accordance with CITES Secretariat Notice No. 2014/014, the list of Fraxinus mandshurica into CITES Appendix Ill shall enter into force as from June 24, 2014.
In accordance with Article 3 of China's Measures on Wild Fauna & Flora Import and Export Certifications, we hereby add the supervisory condition "F" (the Certificate for Permitted Import of Endangered Species) to HS Code 4403995000 (Commodity Name: raw wood of Fraxinus mandshurica ) that is listed in current Catalog of Import & Export Goods Made from Wild Fauna & Flora.
This decision shall enter into force from June 24, 2014.
