GACC Announcement No.71, 2014 on Antidumping PVC from USA, South Korea, Japan, Russia & Taiwan

In 2003, China's Customs Tariff Commission decided to levy five-year antidumping duties from September 29, 2003 on PVC (polyvinyl chloride) from USA, South Korea, Japan, Russia, and Taiwan region.

In 2009, the Customs Tariff Commission decided to continue the PVC antidumping duties for five years from September 29, 2009.

Now, during the expiry review for the antidumping case, the Customs Tariff Commission has decided that:
As from September 29, 2014, China Customs shall continue to levy the antidumping duties on the PVCs originating in the USA, South Korea, Japan, Russia and Taiwan region in accordance with GACC Announcements No. 56 of 2003, No.74 of 2008 and No.65 of 2009.
