GACC Announcement No.80, 2014 on Declaration Errors

In accordance with China Customs Regulations on Declarer Unit Registration (in GACC Decree No.221), as from December 1, 2014, where declarer units make errors in declaration as specified in the Declaration Error Item List (see the Annex), the Customs will make record as declaration error. A declarer may inquire for its declaration errors over the Customs-enterprise cooperating platform at http://jcf.chinaport.gov.cn/jcf.
