GACC Announcement No.88, 2014 (on MFN Duty for El Salvador Products)

Upon State Council approval, as of July 2, 2014, China's Most Favored Nation (MFN) duty rates will be applied to the products originating in El Salvador. As regards the import goods from El Salvador which are declared from July 2, 2014 till this Announcement issue date, where their import duties have been levied at general rates, the excess in the duties will be refunded by China Customs.
