GACC Announcement No.92, 2014 (on Customs Declaration Documents Preservation by Enterprises under Paperless Clearance Mode)

To regulate enterprises' preservation of customs declaration documents under the mode of paperless clearance, the GACC hereby promulgates the Administrative Standards On Customs Declaration Documents Preservation By Enterprises Under Paperless Clearance Mode (see Annex), which shall enter into force on January 1, 2015.
