GACC Announcement No.13, 2015 (on Commodity Classification Resolution Issue & Repeal)

In accordance with China Customs Administrative Regulations on Commodity Classification (GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC hereby releases the Commodity Classification Resolution of 2015 (see Annex 1) and some Commodity Classification Resolutions to be repealed in 2015 (see Annex 2).
This Announcement shall enter into force upon issuance.
In the event of any changes in governing laws and regulations, the Commodity Classification Resolution herein will become invalid simultaneously.
