GACC Announcement No.14, 2015 (on Cancelling Paper-made Export Declaration Proof ) (for Export Tax Refund)

The GACC has decided that, regarding the exports from 1 May 2015 on, the Customs will not anymore issue paper-made export declaration proof (dedicated to export tax refund) and will not transmit the proof-relevant electronic data to the State Administration of Taxation, but will transmit electronic, customs-clearance information concerning export declaration forms to the State Administration of Taxation.
Regarding the exports before 1 May 2015, business firms need to print their paper-made export declaration proofs (dedicated to export tax refund) at Customs houses during 1-31 May 2015; the system for issuing the paper proof will be stopped on 1 June 2015.
Regarding the exports under tax refund at port of departure, the paper-made export declaration proofs (dedicated to export tax refund) may still be printed as per current regulations.
