ShuiWeiHui Notice No.6, 2015 (on Adjusting Consumer Goods Import Duties)

To the General Administration of Customs:
Upon State Council approval, reduction of import duty will be piloted for some of consumer goods as follows:
1. The import duties on skin-care products, Western-style clothes, ankle boots, and paper diaper will be reduced in the form of provisional tax rates; please see the Annex for specific HS Code and rate adjustments.
2. The adjustments will enter into force on June 1, 2015.
