GACC Announcement No.22, 2015 (on Heilongjiang Goods Cross-Border Transport for Domestic Trade)

In order to promote east China's land-maritime Silk Road Economic Belt and northeastern old industrial base, the GACC has decided to expand the pilot coverage by the cross-border transportation of domestically traded goods from Heilongjiang Province, relevant matters as follow:
1. Timbers will be included into the cross-border transportation from Heilongjiang for domestic trade.
2. The ports of entry for the cross-border transportation will be added with Quanzhou, Shantou, Yangpu, Tianjin, and Dalian on the basis of original Shanghai, Ningbo and Huangpu.
3. Other issues will still be subject to GACC Announcements No. 5 of 2007, No. 21 of 2011 and No. 61 of 2013.
