GACC Announcement No.31, 2015 (on Commodity Classification Resolution (Ⅱ))

To make clear import/export commodity classifications, the GACC hereby promulgates its 2015 Resolution (Ⅱ) on Commodity Classification (Annex hereto) in accordance with "China Customs Regulations on Classification of Import/Export Commodities" (GACC Decree No.158).
This Announcement shall come into force on July 1, 2015.
In case of changes in governing laws and regulations, the Resolution shall become invalid simultaneously.
