GACC Announcement No.43, 2015 on (Anti-Subsidy on USA White Broilers at Expiry Review)

In 2010, China's Customs Tariff Commission decided to impose anti-subsidy duties on USA-originating white-feather broilers for five years from August 30, 2010. Now, at expiry review of the anti-subsidy measure, the Commission has decided to continue the anti-subsidy duties as follows:
As from August 30, 2015, China Customs shall continue to levy anti-subsidy duties on USA-originating white-feather broilers (HS Codes 02071100, 02071200, 02071311, 02071319, 02071321, 02071329, 02071411, 02071419, 02071421, 02071422, 02071429 and 05040021) as per GACC Announcements No. 58 of 2010, No. 47 of 2013 and No. 55 of 2014.

As from August 30, 2015, China Customs shall continue to levy anti-subsidy duties on USA-originating white-feather broilers (HS Codes 02071100, 02071200, 02071311, 02071319, 02071321, 02071329, 02071411, 02071419, 02071421, 02071422, 02071429 and 05040021) as per GACC Announcements No. 58 of 2010, No. 47 of 2013 and No. 55 of 2014.
