GACC Announcement No.41, 2015 (on Commodity Classification Ruling (Ⅱ))

In accordance with China Customs' Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC hereby makes administrative rulings on classifications of three commodities as follow:

The commodity called "park sightseeing vehicle" submitted by Ingersoll Rand Mechanical (Shanghai) Inc.;
The commodity called "scanning frame used for X-ray computed tomographic scanner" submitted by GE Medical Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.;
The commodity called "tetrabromobisphenol A" submitted by Newpoly Fine Chemicals (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

Please see the Annex for the classification rulings.

This Announcement shall enter into effect upon its issuance.

In the case of any changes made in governing laws and regulations, the administrative rulings will automatically become invalid.
