GACC Announcement No.49, 2015 (on Commodity-Classification Resolution (Ⅲ))

In accordance with China Customs Administrative Regulations on Import & Export Commodity Classification (GACC Decree No.158), hereby announced is the 2015 Commodity-Classification Resolution (Ⅲ) (as Annex 1), with repeal of one classification resolution (as Annex 2).

This Announcement shall come into force upon its issuance.
In the case of changes in governing laws and regulations, such commodity-classification resolutions will become invalid simultaneously.
