GACC Announcement No.11, 2016 on (Commodity Classification Resolutions of 2016)

In order to help importers and exporters with accurate declaration of commodity classifications, hereby announced are 2016 Commodity Classification Resolutions (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) in accordance with "Customs Administrative Regulations on Import and Export Commodity Classifications" (listed in GACC Decree No.158).
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 March 2016.
In case of any changes in relevant governing laws and regulations, the Commodity Classification Resolutions will become invalid simultaneously.
