Joint Announcement No.18, 2016 on (Bonded Logistics Center (Model B) Application & Approval by GACC, MOF, SAT & SAFE)

In order to standardize the application and approval regarding bonded logistics center (Model B), relevant matters are hereby announced:

1. The applicant for setting bonded logistics center (model B) shall meet the conditions set forth by China Customs Administrative Measures on Bonded Logistics Center (Model B) (in GACC Decrees No.130 and 227).

2. The applicant shall, in accordance with the Measures aforesaid, submit valid application materials as the annexed to the GACC and local Customs administrations.

3. Local Customs administrations shall make preliminary examination of the application materials and then send examination results to the GACC.

4. The GACC shall, together with the MOF, SAT and SAFE, make final examination of the application in accordance with relevant laws as the Measures aforesaid, Administrative License Law, Bonded Logistics Center (Model B) Setup Instructions and Plans, and then issue notice of approval or disapproval to the applicant via local Customs administrations.
