GACC Announcement No.21, 2016 on (Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅱ))

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No.92) and China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No.158), the GACC has made administrative rulings on the classification of "NVIDIA TV-Entertainment AIO Machine" requested by NVIDIA Semi-Conductor Technology Service (Shanghai) Company Limited and of "VR Gaming Headset" requested by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (Shanghai), as promulgated in the Annex hereto.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 April 2016.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
