Joint Announcement No.40, 2016 on (Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail Imported Commodity List)

In order to support cross-border e-commerce retail importation, upon State Council approval, the MOF, GACC and SAT have jointly issued the "Notice on Tax Policy for Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail Importation"(CaiGuanShui [2016] No.18). To help implement the tax policy, hereby promulgated is Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail Imported Commodity List.
