GACC Announcement No.28, 2016 on (Revising Declaration Form & Registration List Formats)

In accordance with GACC Announcement No.20 of 2016, revisions are hereby made to the formats of Import/Export Goods Declaration Form and Inbound/Outbound Goods Registration List, as follow:
1. The revision involves 4 documents: Import Goods Declaration Form (JG01), Export Goods Declaration Form (JG02), Inbound Goods Registration List (JG21), Outbound Goods Registration List (JG22); their formats after revision are provided in Annexes 1-4 hereto.
2. As regards Import Goods Declaration Form (JG01) and Export Goods Declaration Form (JG02), the revisions include: (1) delete former "Tax Proportion/Exchange Settlement Mode", "Approval Number", "Use/Manufacturer", "Tax Collection Status", "Unit Address", "Zip", "Telephone No.", "Fill-in Date"; (2) former "Business Units" changed to "Consignee/Consignor", former "Consignee/Consignor Unit" changed to "Consuming and Using Unit/Manufacturing and Selling Unit”, former "trade mode" changed to "control mode", former "Customs examination, endorsement and release date (signature)" changed to "Customs Endorsement and Signature", and former “declare without error or fraud and bear legal liability” changed to “undertake the legal obligation of truthful declaration and tax payment”; (3) added with “trading country/region”, “confirmation of special relationship”, “confirmation of price influence”, “confirmation of royalties payment”; (4) single-page form can have at most 8 commodity items printed out; (5) barcode should be positioned at the upper right corner of such forms.
3. As regards Inbound Goods Registration List (JG21) and Outbound Goods Registration List (JG22), the revisions include: (1) delete former "Unit Address", "Zip", "Telephone No.", "Fill-in Date"; (2) former "Business Units" changed to "Consignee/Consignor", former "Consignee/Consignor Unit" changed to "Consuming and Using Unit/Manufacturing and Selling Unit”, former "trade mode" changed to "control mode", former "Customs Registration Examination" changed to "Customs Endorsement and Signature", and former “declare without error or fraud and bear legal liability” changed to “undertake the legal obligation of truthful declaration and tax payment”; (3) added with “trading country/region”, “confirmation of special relationship”, “confirmation of price influence”, “confirmation of royalties payment”; (4) a single-page list can have at most 8 commodity items printed out; (5) barcode should be positioned at the upper right corner of such lists.
4. As regards Import/Export Goods Declaration Form and Inbound/Outbound Goods Registration List, the number of commodity items therein shall be increased from 20 to 50; the latest formats thereof shall be put into use as from 16 May 2016 along with annulment of blank former formats, but the former formatted versions that are already printed with Customs seals before this Announcement shall continue to be valid.
