GACC Announcement No.31, 2016 on (Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅲ))

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC has made administrative ruling on the classification of "Ranolazine" requested by Guangzhou Nansha Lonza Company Limited, as promulgated in the Annex hereto.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 15 May 2016.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
