GACC Announcement No.33, 2016 on (Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅳ))

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC has made administrative rulings on the classifications of the following products:
"Medical band-needle resorbable surgical suture" requested by Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Ltd.;
"iPod nano 7" requested by SHANGHAI S.I.-WAILIANFA IMPORTS & EXPORTS CO.,LTD.;
"Feeder" requested by Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co.，Ltd.
Please see the Annex hereto.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 June 2016.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
