GACC Announcement No.34, 2016 on (Filing for Cargo Transport by Small Vessels from/to Hong Kong & Macao)

In accordance with State Council decisions, the GACC has decided to make the adjustment as below in file submission for cargo transport by small vessels between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao SARs: the transport applicant will no longer be required to submit the copy of the Ship Certificate of Inspection that is issued by China Classification Society (CCS) or maritime affair administrations.
