GACC Announcement No.38, 2016 on (Commodity Classification Resolution (Ⅳ))

To ensure accurate declaration of import/export commodity classification, in accordance with China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No.158), the GACC hereby promulgates Commodity Classification Resolution of 2016 (Ⅳ) as annexed hereto.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 July 2016.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such resolution will become invalid accordingly.
