GACC Announcement No.40, 2016 on (Special Duties Thresholds)

In accordance with the "Customs Law of the P. R. China", "Regulations of the P. R. China on Import and Export Duties", and "Administrative Measures of the Customs of the P. R. China for Collection of Duties on Imported and Exported Goods", the GACC hereby determines that taxable thresholds for anti-dumping duty, anti-subsidy duty, safeguarding duty and retaliatory duty shall respectively be 50 China yuan per consignment of goods.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
