GACC Announcement No.47, 2016 on (DDF Bill for Import Goods)

In accordance with notice by Ministry of Finance and National Development and Reform Commission, the GACC hereby decides to adopt the "Customs Bill on Delayed Declaration Fee for Import Goods", as follows:
1. As from 1 September 2016, the "Customs Bill on Delayed Declaration Fee for Import Goods", as annexed hereto, will be applied only to Customs charge of Delayed Declaration Fee (DDF) for import goods over the consignee.
2. Upon the application of the DDF Bill aforesaid, former "Customs Bill on Administrative Charges" will be repealed.
