GACC Announcement No.48, 2016 on (Chinese HS Revision Directory of 2017)

The "Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System" (HS for short), an internationally standardized system of names and numbers for classifying traded products, serves as the basis for China to make import-export tariffs, trade control, and customs statistics. The World Customs Organization has recently released 2017-version HS Revision Directory to take effect on 1 January 2017. In order to ensure the implementation of the revised HS in China, hereby announced is the Chinese version of the HS Revision Directory to the benefit of Chinese users.
