GACC Announcement No.54, 2016 on Clearance Status Inquiry and Doc Verification

Hereby announced are relevant matters on customs clearance status inquiry and document verification consultation:
1. Enterprises may, through “online service – online inquiry” module on China Customs web portal （http://www.customs.gov.cn）, learn the clearance status regarding their declaration forms.
2. Enterprises should timely, through China E-Port pre-entry client-side, inquire the reasons for their declarations being “suspended” or “returned”. For further information, please call the on-duty officers indicated on the client-side or call hotline 12360 for help.
3. The hotline 12360 is available for information concerning documentary verification with regard to regional clearance integration. Regional document verification center will continue to provide business consultation on workdays.
