GACC Announcement No.58, 2016 on Customs-Enterprise Co-Op Platform Online

In order to better serve enterprises, the GACC has decided to launch Customs-Enterprise Cooperation Platform online on China E-Port website on 18 October 2016. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
1. Login address and mode
Login address: http://pre.chinaport.gov.cn/jcfweb; or visit http://www.chinaport.gov.cn and then click “关企合作平台” (Customs-Enterprise Cooperation Platform).
Login mode: (1) use IC card or IKEY card issued by China E-Port; (2) log in without card, but now for new enterprise registration only.
2. Customs-Enterprise Cooperation Platform Functions
(1) Enterprise Information Inquiry: for an enterprise to learn its own Customs registration info, customs broker info, credit rating, report submission, declaration error info, customs transaction status, etc.
(2) Customs Transactions: including enterprise registration, administrative license for broker, relevant info alteration, application for certification, review for declaration error, etc.
(3) FAQs: Customs-related questions can be raised therein for answer and solution.
(4) Policies and Regulations: the Customs can thereby push import/export policies and regulations to enterprises.
(5) Document Submission: an enterprise can thereby submit documents such as business reports, certificates, evaluation sheets, etc.
(6) Customs Reminders: this function can automatically remind users of declaration expiry, report deadline, transaction status, etc. to avoid delay and omission.
