GACC Announcement No.78, 2016 on Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅴ)

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and China Customs Regulations on Import & Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC has made administrative ruling on the classification of the following product:
"wearable computer and its accessories" requested by Microsoft Gaming Equipment Shanghai Inc.
Please see the Annex hereto for the administrative ruling.
This Announcement shall enter into force as from 1 January 2017.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
